Yes. Brandon Richardson Wedding Photography carries liability insurance. Many wedding venues require photographers and other vendors to provide proof of coverage before the wedding day. If your venue requires a Certificate of Insurance, just let me know and I’ll be happy to provide the necessary documentation.

Absolutely. I’m based in Charlotte and photograph weddings throughout the Carolinas, New York, New Jersey, and beyond. If your wedding takes me outside my local service area, travel fees may apply depending on the location and travel requirements.

Booking your wedding is simple. Start by reaching out through my contact form and sharing a few details about your wedding day. From there, we’ll connect to talk about your vision, photography needs, and which collection feels right for you.

Once you’re ready to move forward, your wedding date is officially reserved after your contract is signed and the required retainer is received.

I recommend booking your wedding photographer as soon as you have your date and venue secured. Many couples book 9 to 12 months in advance, and popular dates can fill even earlier.

If your wedding is coming up sooner, don’t hesitate to reach out. If your date is available, I’d still love the opportunity to photograph your day.

Your final wedding gallery will typically be delivered within 6 to 8 weeks. Every image is carefully selected and edited to ensure your gallery tells the story of your wedding day beautifully and consistently.

If your collection includes priority editing, your photo gallery will be delivered in approximately 4 weeks. Rush editing with approximately two-week delivery may also be available as an add-on.

Your online wedding gallery will remain available for 12 months after delivery. During that time, you can view, download, and share your images directly from your gallery.

I strongly recommend downloading your full gallery and creating your own backup after delivery. While I maintain professional backups as part of my workflow, long-term storage beyond the gallery availability period is not guaranteed.

Your final gallery will include a carefully curated selection of the best images from your wedding day. I remove duplicate images, test shots, missed-focus images, closed eyes, and other photographs that don’t represent the quality of my finished work.

RAW and unedited images are not delivered. Every photograph you receive will be professionally edited and selected to tell the story of your wedding day beautifully and consistently.

Your wedding date is officially reserved once your contract is signed and the required payment has been received.

For weddings booked more than 90 days in advance, a non-refundable 25% retainer is required to reserve your date, with the remaining balance divided into scheduled payments. Weddings booked closer to the wedding date may require a larger initial payment.

All remaining balances must be paid in full no later than 30 days before your wedding.

Rain doesn’t mean your wedding photos can’t still be beautiful. If the weather changes, I’ll adapt and work with the conditions we’re given, whether that means using covered areas, moving indoors, or taking advantage of breaks in the weather.

We’ll focus on what we can control and keep your day moving. Sometimes unexpected weather even creates some of the most memorable images. My goal is to make sure you can stay present and enjoy your wedding day while I focus on capturing it.

Absolutely. You don’t need to know how to pose or what to do in front of the camera. That’s my job. I’ll guide you when needed while also giving you space to relax, interact, and simply enjoy being together.

My goal isn’t to force you into stiff or unnatural poses. I want your photographs to feel like you. We’ll focus on genuine connection, natural movement, and the moments that happen in between so you can feel comfortable, confident, and present throughout the experience.

Yes. Your final gallery includes high-resolution edited images with personal printing rights, so you’re welcome to download and print your favorite photographs for personal use.
